In compliance with standard security and system monitoring protocols, when a QR code is scanned, the platform records:

• Timestamp of scan
• Anonymous IP address and general network location
• Browser type and device operating system (e.g. Android, iOS, Desktop)

This data is utilized exclusively to provide customer dashboard scan analytics and to detect fraudulent or unauthorized scanning activity.
