SAVE LIFE QR INDIA provides an information retrieval platform intended to assist first responders in accessing user-provided contact and health details. The platform does not provide medical services, emergency dispatch, medical diagnosis, or paramedic triage. In life-threatening emergencies, bystanders must immediately contact national emergency services (112 or 108).
Users are solely responsible for ensuring the ongoing accuracy, completeness, and validity of all emergency phone numbers, blood group declarations, and medical disclosures entered into their profiles.
Authorized dealers participate in our independent product distribution framework. Commissions, performance bonuses, and growth incentives are earned strictly upon verified, non-refundable product sales and are subject to verification, KYC compliance, and applicable tax regulations.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
